Design your site for visitors first, search engines second, and your ego last
When you put a website up (for commercial purposes) you want the visitor to take some sort of action - make a purchase, fill out a form, call for information, etc. This means that your website needs to be designed first with that in mind. That means you should limit the frills that distract from that goal. Motion and imagery should be used only to help make that goal happen, or should be left out at all possible. That will help your webpage load faster for your visitors and make it more search engine friendly for your search engine visitors. Many people want to put the latest and greatest flash animations, embedded sounds, and so on for their egos but they are actually losing money by going this route. Web visitors only give you a few seconds before moving on. Don't let those few seconds be wasted by having the web visitor sitting there waiting for your webpage to load.

You get more sales from four word keyword phrases than any other
Think about how you search online. You go to your favorite search engine, and you type in your search phrase and click enter. Now lets assume you wanted pizza. You wouldnt type in pizza into the search engine and start calling the first result, would you? No, you would type in pizza seattle (or whichever city you live in) to get results that are relevant to you. Some would say thats a bad example because it is a service. Many searches online are for services. Let's try a retail search. Lets say you saw a commercial on tv for the new cell phone from Verizon called Chocolate. You wouldn't go to the search engine and type in "chocolate" would you? No. Again you would refine your search to make it more relevant. "Verizon Chocolate Cell Phone" would be more relavant so you dont get all of the milk chocolate manufacturers. Using this logic, researchers have compare the volumes of traffic that come from single keyword phrases to the volumes from multi-keyword phrases and have found that targeting keyphrases that are made up of four keywords have the highest liklihood of converting into a sale, form action, etc. Food for thought when you are starting a new campaign and are using our keyword analysis tools to pick the perfect keywords.
